Q. What is a clarity enhanced diamond?
A. Almost every natural diamond has feather-like and fissure type inclusions. The principle of Clarity Enhancement is to make these inclusions invisible with the naked eye and a 10X loupe.

Q. How does this process work?
A. The internal feathers and fissure type inclusions are safely filled and bonded by transparent material that is totally compatible with the diamond. The optical and refractive characteristics of the material closely resemble those of a natural diamond, thereby masking the inclusion(s).

Q. Can you give me some price comparisons?
A. Yes. Clarity enhanced diamonds are priced 60% - 75% below other diamonds of equal cut, color, clarity and carat weight. EX.1ct round brilliant, premium cut, F color, SI1 clarity CE diamond will cost $2,400 per ct . . . vs. $7,200 per ct. A 2ct princess (square), premium cut, E color, VS2 clarity CE diamond cost $3,300 per ct vs. $7,400 per ct.

Q. Are all cuts and sizes available?
A. All cuts are available. Sizes range from .75ct - 9.00 cts. Mounted round brilliant or princess earrings are available. 40ct each (.80ct tw) and larger. Other mounted jewelry and loose stones are available.

Q. How are these diamonds cut?
A. Hadar CE diamonds are known for their excellent proportions. All shapes are cut for maximum beauty, fire and light refraction. Ideal and premium cut stones are available. The CE process is concluded after the diamond is cut.

Q. How do they compare with medium-heavily included diamonds?
A. Inclusions impede light refraction and the ability of the diamond to sparkle. A Hadar CE stone will look more brilliant than their un-enhanced counterparts. This is because the clarity is improved and the diamond is able to respond to light in a much more favorable manner.
