Q. What happens if the CE diamond is exposed to sharp impact?
A. The state-of-the-art beauty, enhancement process is very durable. The effect will be the same as with a non enhanced diamond.

Q. Are there any guarantees?
A. All Hadar clarity and color enhanced diamonds have a lifetime guarantee. They hold their beauty forever. If the diamond's enhancement is ever effected by the inadvertent application of a jeweler's torch, repolishing of the stone or by any unforseen mishap, Hadar Diamond Company will re-treat your diamond at no additional cost. Q. Will I receive an appraisal with my purchase?
A. Yes. Your purchase will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity that includes a description of your diamond along with a retail replacement evaluation.

Q. What will my jeweler say?
A. Assuming a jeweler is knowledgeable and aware of the new state-of-the-art CE technology and enhancement processes, they will agree with everything you have read above.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We offer a 7 day full refund policy (less shipping and insurance fees). The 7 days start from the day you sign for your purchase and postmarked 7 days for the return. This may be extended upon written request and approval. You'll know immediately upon receiving your diamond that you made the right choice.
